Practice Administrator Stacia Wrenn gives us the ins and outs of her role:
Onboarding – welcome clients to the company ensuring people are who they say they are and that all AML (Anti Money Laundering) procedures are adhered to
Work with the Client Manager to obtain information from clients to feed into Self-Assessments and Accounts production
Maintain regular contact with clients to keep a friendly channel of communication open
Keep the office running smoothly, answer phones and be the ‘go-to person’ if any problems arise
To bring positive energy to the workplace and to keep clients and colleagues happy on a day-to-day basis
