“I called Another Answer after finding them on Google to see if they could initially offer some assistance with Quickbooks training. We are a small drainage business and have only been running for one year and I had been doing the books with no previous Quickbooks training or experience. Our original accountants had highlighted some of the mistakes that I’d made and offered to help with this (but at a very high cost) and offered little to no help with my understanding, they also don’t have too much experience with Quickbooks as they tend to use other accounting softwares. I spoke to Sylvia initially who said she’d be happy to help and booked a time for me to come in and sit with her to go through it, she gave me an hourly rate and I only initially intended to go there for a few hours to amend the errors I had made.
